As a member here pointed out, thank you, the stupid 3 inch spacers messed up my geometry. I bought this truck a year ago and put barley 1,000 miles on it and the axles were just put in when I got them.

My fear is they are running hyper extended all the time, also from the video the wobble looks like its coming from between the axle and diff housing (bearing?). The axle would be the first to go right, like this?

There seems to be a space too between the two almost like they are separated a little. Every other vehicle I did a cv axle on they seated nicely and when they failed it was at the joints. If anyone might shed light on this one.. I am going to have to fix suspension asap.

ECGS bushing is the answer. Some movement is normal though.

Very common, there are 1000's of threads on this. Search cv axle play.

    ECGS fixes it.

Remove the spacer lift. Keep lift under 3”

Is the truck jacked up in that video?
The inner boot is definitely riding on itself a lot.
This usually leads to premature failure of boot.

Ok thanks guys when I go over bumps it sounds like a bad ball joint, clunk. But after searching it makes sense its the needle bearing, can't carry no load. God know what else is getting messed up with this lift.

Im going to have to pay some one unfortunately, no place here to do it. Im glad you told me shop would have just replaced needle bearing. Do it right the first time, or like me fix some idiots mistakes.

Oh not jacked, just on 265/75/16's. Thanks for boot notice, the PO told be the axles were just replaced. If I drop it .5" that might make boot not rub, or the ECGS bushing stop play? This truck is pretty screwed really.
