Also been trying to focus on tools I’ll be leaving on the truck. Since all my current power tools are milwaukee, Picked up a m12 stubby impact today while at Home Depot.

Just returned home from another successful trip. Headed out Thursday afternoon around 4pm to Lake Tahoe. We had knew we weren’t going to arrive until late and it would be crazy searching for somewhere to camp, so for the first night we ended up in a motel around 1:30am. Got some much needed rest and a shower before heading out for a weekend. 95042549-0341-4510-8E99-D8342072B7F0.jpg

Spent the first day out at the beach all day and ended up having one to many beers on a boat. But cannot limit a vacation! Haha. Luckily a few friends had there kids with the group that were licensed and under 21 so we used that as a benefit for us. Paid someone to drive my truck back to a friends cabin. Once we arrived we didn’t want to chance it driving out looking for somewhere to camp so we basically set up camp in front of the cabin. Also for the second night had @eccracer104 join the party and crash out with us for a night. Definitely was good seeing him and enjoyed some modelos together. For the following day we got a little smarter and searched for a camping spot prior to heading out on the boat.haha. Ended up finding a nice location near Hope Valley for some disperse camping. Once the location was found we headed back out to the water for another day out. Ended up calling quits early enough to setup camp and get the grill on while enjoying the sound of a waterfall that wasn’t to far from us. Sky was amazing! Just lit up all night from the moon

For our last night out we ended up staying at the cabin. Just had a peaceful night of drinkin and bbq’n without having to setup camp and put everything away before heading home this morning. Ended up being a perfect way to end the trip. Now time to plan for the next.

Started off the morning having to go into work for a bit, ended up having some free time this afternoon so went ahead and installed my LCA’s. Marked tabs prior to removing to get alignment as close as possible. Truck is driving nice. I will of course get a alignment on Monday after work due to my local shop not being open over the weekend 257CB79F-DFBD-4203-A9FE-3522110D0B9C.jpg

Today I met up with @Slidoomz for a quick run through cleghorn. It was my first time out there, even though it was pretty damn hot we still managed to have a good time. Did a couple of the offshoots. Even though it was hot there was a good chunk of people out there. 56179CF7-6BC0-4028-9334-9EA4A41776B3.jpg 2DEEBAA5-7D88-4E9E-B8A9-93203272D4D4.jpg

So my driver side headlight started getting a little oxidized. Had bothered me in the beginning but I wasn’t willing to buy a new set of headlights because of it. ED619472-230B-48EE-8B88-D850DE139F7B.jpg

I ended up coming across a SR5 headlight with broken tabs for $20 and local. So picked it up and disassembled it for the lens. These lights can be fragile when pulling apart but $20 was worth rolling the dice. This headlight was definitely a pain to pull apart! Tried one night and it was fight. Ended up stopping and pulled it apart the following night. 25499304-3A0D-4F0F-A9E2-6BA64C3ECF66.jpg

After replacing the lens and getting the headlight back on the truck I went ahead and hit them with some cutting polish, final polish and wax. Pretty happy with the final results

    Not me, probably a hacker.

And looking at truck porn should be enough reason for the gram. Tim is too old for TikTok

@hoarder23 is correct I am too old for tictok, especially when my cousins’ kid kept sending me videos from it. Not my cup o tea.
