Had a leak on the steering cooler, good thing is JDFab is within driving distance and was able to get the truck over to them. Bad thing is, JDfab is within driving distance .

have a Basikbiker tundra rack on order, should be shipping soon, and a few more JDfab goods to come soon. :D

Idle did drop a little, but was a little high with the truck being tuned so just about stock idle now. Maybe a little less.

A few slight modifications needed, mostly shims and shortening the steering shaft. It will be a tight fit. I won’t be installing this myself. Passing this one on to JD fab for the install.

currently have JDfabs billet tie rod kit.

Mine idles so low it's concerning. Truck drives fine but isn't happy at stop lights, etc. Need to figure out how to address.

The tuner that flashed the ECU doesn't want to bump the idle up either.

Maybe try to just get input from a different tuner. The pumps there to stay so wouldn’t need to adjust back unless you ditch the pump.

just out of curiosity I googled what my warm RPM’s should be at idle and says 5.5-6. So this morning while driving the truck I checked at a stop.

Picked the truck up Thursday afternoon from JD fab. So far it’s driving nice. Been driving it around all weekend and went and check out some local back roads to see how it feels. Overall truck feels good, well planted.

    Parts installed-
    @Basikbiker tundra rack
    Welds_taco diff mount reinforcement
    Coastal offroad off mount gussets
    PRG poly motor mounts
    JDFAB pivot kit
    JDFAB front shock towers
JDFAB new front skid (had to make one due to truck having a crossmember delete)

Did they re-work the shock to make a greater extended length? the shock towers were designed to make a 10" shock fit. It does look like a different eyelet & spring retainer than the JD spec.

No, we ended up using the shock towers to raise the shock up 2”. Then replaced eyelets with 2” king eyelets. Reason being was the tie rods were hitting the shocks when turning.

Haven't had time to go through the whole thread yet, but curious why you swapped out the BAMF front bumper?

I had the CBI T3 prior. Just went with something lighter, more clearance and a change. Had been wanting a tube style bumper

Big thanks to both @lit_taco4x4 and @Ricardo13x for discovering these boots. Boots are off a ford raptor, who would have thought.. great find!
