I've got a full size P80 in 9mm that needs a new home.

CMC threaded barrel. All the internal parts are Glock. Can be sold with or without the Streamlight TLR-1HL light. No mags or case though.

how does this work with the changes to the pistol brace law? Isn't this now an NFA controlled item?

Yeah, I haven't dug into it. I just know that when the mass applications for the amnesty went into play, my form 4's suffered the delays. They seemed to have caught up though as approval times are finally dropping.

 

That shit was a trap, anyone crazy enough to submit for it got added to a list

 

Thats one thing I worry about

The term "forbearance" basically means "we're within our rights to arrest you or charge $200 but we're not exercising that" (with the "FOR RIGHT NOW" unspoken.)

 

We used to call that a moratorium.

Can anyone chime in on the grip safety? Does that get annoying after awhile or not even noticeable?

 

I had a XD-40 with the same grip safety for years. So long as you have a good grip its not even noticeable.
Only time I ever got it to not fire I was using my weak hand from a bad position and had a poor grip.

What "list" is that? I would assume everyone who has ever bought a firearm from a store is on their radar or known about, right? I even got contacted about a gun I bought & sold on armslist without a BoS....

 

That's pretty much how I always looked at it. They already know, so I don't let it bother me that much.

 

nah not noticeable. in all my training with grip safeties, it’s pretty hard to not engage it under duress.

I've used Area 15 a couple times. They are out in Mesa. Nothing too crazy, had then turn a handguard black and then a 10/22 bolt too. Everything has been holding fine for a few years now. Just a couple day turn around if multiple at all.
