Ammo has no restrictions whatsoever in AZ. You just can't mail it somewhere without the proper labeling.

The last few pages have a little bit of banter about firearm sales it but the long and short of it is as follows, assuming this is all IN STATE (no cross state lines!!):

If you have no reasonable suspicion that the party you are selling to is prohibited from purchase, you can sell private party with no paperwork.
    That's the bare minimum.

A slightly higher level of CYA is make them sign a bill of sale and check their ID.

I believe you could also make them come to a local gun store and get them to fill out transfer paperwork as then "custody" of the gun would go from you > the gun store > the purchaser. There'd be a paper trail for all of this at that point, but again it's not illegal to skip all that.

Basically it comes down to this: how much of a paper trail do you want, and who do you want to have access to it.
Nothing = no one knows unless it's used in a crime and traced to you, then you say "I sold that a while ago"
Bill of sale = no one knows unless it's used in a crime and traced to you, then you can show LEOs said paperwork
Gun shop = you are recorded having turned it in to the gun store, your purchaser is recorded having bought it, and depending on how much tinfoil your hat contains the government sees that whenever they want, although technically it should be stored at the gun store and require a warrant to see.

THAT is what I needed, thank you so much!

I’ll list it here to give TW first dibs of course. But I may go the distance and thru a shop for the record keeping.

The benefit of going through a gun store is that the gun will no longer be registered to YOU. If you choose to just go private without that step involved, you should have a rock solid bill of sale IMHO.

Listing has been edited to reflect pricing and parts I’ve researched or found I. The safe ‍♀️

Putting this out here. These are RETAIL prices that a quick search provided. Def willing to go lower and bundle. Especially for a TW member. Located at Grand Canyon but in Flag, Prescott, PHX area frequently.

SW 38 Mdl 442 air weight matte stainless. Laser grip sight. Leather belt clip holster. 5shot. This was my ankle gun when I was a LE in FL. It was gifted to me by my dad at graduation from the LE Academy. (Dad was FBI firearms custodian and instructor) I may have some ammo to sell with it. Retail: $520

SW Mdl 696-3 stainless 4” 357 mag. I may have ammo for this one. Retail: $900

    custom .45
Caspian frame. Remington slide. Black. Pachmeyer grips. No magazine. Built by my dad -see above. He was a competitive shooter and used this for IDPA (I think) in retirement. Retail $1500

Glock 20, 10mm. 3 magazines-new still in packaging. 12 boxes ammo to sell with. Used Retail $450 for G20. Ammo is approx $35/box

Beeman P1 air pellet pistol .177/4.5mm. Excellent condition. Retail $500

all of these were purchased by me personally or bequeathed to me from my dad’s estate. He was the firearms coordinator for regions and/or metro offices from the late 80s until retirement in 1995. He was trained and certified gunsmith by many manufacturers like Glock. S&W, HK, Colt… He knew his stuff (but I failed to listen and learn from him all I had the opportunity to… )

i still have and will keep my faves. I just don’t have the time/space/need for these unfortunately.

If there’s anything you’re interested in, please message me and I can give you more info.

Are you sure about the air pistol? I looked up the price and it had one less zero. I have been looking for one.

As for brand, I know nothing. It’s a 3rd Gen. What else can I share with you?

Long story…. I had all the paperwork for all these at the time I came into possession. Back in 2017 there was this wildfire… We grabbed what we could but boxes and papers were left behind. They don’t exist anymore.

Sorry to hear about the fire, that's a devastating thing to happen.

Are the additional mags glock manufactured?

Since you hate the 27 sell it cheap! I swear to treat it badly, not clean it, and dry fire the heck out of it.
