    They give this kind of output:

    Projectors are used typically in higher end cars like Lexus, Infiniti, upper end BMW's ect.... These have the cut off so they don't spill light into oncoming traffic. High beams will work more like regular HID's.

    Yea I dunno about that bumper. It's either win or epic fail. Looks like it still needs a lot of work, looking through the holes you I can't see any mounting support structure, or winch supports, or anything. Again hard to tell from the picture though.
