I cannot stress how important the CLEAN part is these days. When I was single, I felt like ASU was a revolving Cesspool.

It is a really nice place as far as Apartment/Condo's go. The biggest problem is the GODAMNED parking situation. The whole permit pass thing really blows. But you can't find a better location. In between Both tempe Marketplace and Mesa riverview you are right next to a lot of stores. Freeways are right there, Mill is a short cab ride away. Stray Cat is a short, usually drunken walk away.

It really is a good spot.

It is a lot closer than Chandler. And straight access to both the 202 and the 101. I still work near Westworld on occasion. It is a nice 15min drive straight up the freeway.

Guys, I need some advice. I bought the new truck two days ago and the dealer made an error. It was in my favor and they are saying they are going to come pick up the truck if I don't resign a new agreement. I have a contract and paid for the truck. I financed 6k of it with Toyota. Do they have recourse in this matter?

I have worked for a dealership and dated a biller for a dealership for 6 years.
First questions is what is the error? Is it with the dealership or TFS (Toyota Financial Services)?

In most cases, they cant do a damn thing, if they come and get took it, they would be stealing it. This is when they get ugly and nasty, which they can. If you are in doubt, don't ask us idiots, ask a lawyer. Most will do a free consult. Most works have an EAP program that gets you a free consult with a lawyer.

Be strong and look into the facts, the scare tactics are just that.

That's a tough one. They should honor it as it was their error. Don't you have 3 days to cancel a contract so they're screwed after 3 days......x2 on the lawyer.

    x2.

Also, I'd call TFS.. they're actually really awesome to work with. I've never had any issues with them on both of the trucks, I'd think they'd probably help you out. Also, Toyota Corp might not be bad to contact also.
