By the look of it I am moving to Happy Jack AZ in 2.5 weeks for a job. Going to camp for 2 weeks until I can move in. Ill be making trips to flagstaff regularly the first 3 weeks. Hopefully you have room for a 2wd long travel guy haha

I have brought this up before, but when I hit the brakes anytime past or close to 50+ my wheel starts to shake very violently. Like today I felt that my wheels where about to fly off and my truck almost felt like I had hydraulics in the front. My dad agreed to get me rotors this Friday, but do warped rotors make shit that violent. Like almost fly off the road violent? Also when I slam the brakes harder like when you are about to rear end someone the shake goes away. Is this what warped rotors feels like? or do I have bigger problems under my belt.

 

had that problem with my old civic, change the rotors yes! and that typically is the one and only main reason why....cuz theyre warped like crazy

 

Yeah, it was kind of underwhelming in sabino canyon from what I'm used to up north, still interesting though. Alaska does ruin you to natures beauty though, that's for sure. If any of you makes it up there, please look me up. I'd love to return the favor of your guys' hospitality.

Absolutely man. Shoot I'd even put you up a night or two. Just getting into hunting myself but this years maiden voyage is a large factor in mrs. b letting me put crazy money into the rig. She wants a moose in the freezer big time.

 

sooo pisseddd right now!! !!!!! I get off work at 10pm, and some guy promised me he was gonna buy these 37s i have for sale. he said if i drive out there he will pay full price, and that he wanted them real bad and not to sell them to anyone else. so i didnt. and then on top of it i had to do it after work at 10pm and drive over 30mins away! so he tells me all day that they will work and the hub for his truck is 3in and i measured the rims the same (3in) and i had loaded all 4 of the 37s (rims included so they are heavy as shit!) and managed to get them to fit in my tiny truck with half a bed. then i head his way and get halfway there and get a text "hey man my hub is 3.5 almost 4in. they wont work, sorry bro" i was sooo pisseddd!!!! arghhhh!! just got home and unloaded the damm things. anyone want 37x12.5x17nch BFG's on 17in beadlocker style rims? same lug pattern as a tacoma.

 

IF they were 35's I would swoop on them.

Then why not go with 33s? No triming needed for tire rub and very minimal performance loss do to tire size.

 

So I was wondering how many AZ guys are actually going to go to the MOAB meet this year ? Or if it will be like last year and everyone bails out the last day. That way I dont get my hopes up haha!
