How's the stereo treating you Luis? Got 40+ hours on it yet?

 

I'm loving it man!! Not yet. I haven't been driving as much now that I'm on summer break. It has about 20 hours so far on it.

No problem man.. Glad you are enjoying the stereo. Just think, you are only hearing about 75% of what it can do. Once it breaks in and it gets a quick re-tune, you'll be able to crack it!

 

Bought some inner tie rods yesterday. Should be installing them this weekend. Kind of want to hit the dirt on Monday or Sunday.

Also on a completely different note, This friday I will be going to Fossil Creek if anyone is interested.

I am leaving my place at around 9am, heading up to Camp Verde, then down to the Creek for the day. Anyone is welcome to come out and have some fun, the road is all-truck friendly.

We could arrange some sort of meeting time at the big gas station right off the Freeway in Camp Verde.



I will also be in Flag for the rest of the weekend for my Bday. If you are around, come on out for a beer or five!

Got the Fuel cell finally 100% hooked up and wired! ran all the stock tank stuff, such as the pump, sending unit, and evap BS. Started right up after sitting for almost 2 months few more finishing touches on the bracket for it, and then installing the LT kit this weekend! then she'll finally see daylight again!

 

I was unsuccessful in finding a new place to explore so is anyone down for Sycamore Saturday morning?

Need some advice guys. I’ll be buying new tires next week. Currently running BFG AT/KO’s @ 285/70/17 and planned on replacing with the same. After tax, replacement certs etc., I’m looking at $1405 @ Discount Tire. Before I pull the trigger I’m curious if anyone has opinions of a better tire at that price.
