    well its a process of heating and cooling the metal to get them on the cast iron. its not that simple. but if phil can do it. do mine for me haha

    and yes if cast you need to cook them up to around 350-400, bucket o sand hrlps to keep them heated, most peeps use a grille to get them that hot



    And if they aren't cast then it is even more simple.
