I had been to Casey's more times than I can actually count over the last 6 years but it wasn't until maybe 5 months ago that I was seated upstairs with my lady. I was told they typically put couples and party's up there for privacy. All the servers hate it cause it is a nasty steep staircase to carry food and drinks up.
