    i found one of those guys before! they are really aggressive, they will do an attack stance if you put something close to them. they are also called sun spiders and camel spiders.

    i saw the pic. of the spider in this thread and remembered i found this last summer i was told it was a wolf spider but i dont know. biggest damn spider ive seen.

    You can't see from the pic, but they have 4 large fangs (2 bottom, 2 top) and they open them up and stand up on their hind legs in a defensive posture. Very intimidating!

    Probably was.. those things are huge and look like that. We get those out here too. I hate spiders so much I research them so I know which ones to avoid and are dangerous. Lol.

    Amen to that. Spiders don't bother me as long as they're not on me and with bad intent. I have black widows all around the outside of my house and I kill at least 1 every day with flip flops. Just gotta aim carefully.
