Last monday was my last day off. And averaging 11 hour work days since.

And this is why I put rules on my meet thread.

And why some people don't post or show up to meets anymore.

I get giving a hard time to the young guys because its been done here forever. way back in the day CMACK was the young guy he got shit for a little bit and it was over and wasn't every single post he posted.

The immaturity in this section is at an all time high and it shows in how many people post in threads. Not really sure what the deal is because I have met most of the AZ guys in person and you all are cool dudes in all age ranges and laugh and joke. So idk what the deal is when you are on here. If you guys keep it up though you will end up perma banned. I've seen awesome members get kicked off because of stupid bickering. I'm not saying lets all hold hands and sing camp fire songs but fuck, you don't need to chime in with some shit comment every single post. This goes for everyone and not directed at specific people. You are not going to like everyone here so ignore them if you don't. Trust me there are people on the forum that I hate and its not worth the time anymore.

Mad? Not even in the slightest bit. Just making a point and Alex youre right. But this is how the BS thread is. When I get together with you guys on here and my closest friends its all in good fun. Nothing that was said (at least before I hit the ignore button) was picking IMO. I've seen way worse on here and most people laugh and have fun, thats what friends do.

I 100% agree Jon that the joking and stuff are all good and fun and yes this is a BS thread. Heck everyone knows I'm part of the joking both shelling out jokes or getting them back. The problem is its spilling out in to other threads. We have to realize this thread is seen by a TON of people daily. Seeing people get shit on all the time or whatever scares off the lurkers from wanting to participate. Also a lot of the older guys aren't going to want to go to a Monday meet or at random hang out if they think they are just going to be surrounded by immaturity all the time. I can think of a few members off the top of my head that I don't see post ever or see them at meets which is a bummer because they are good guys and have a lot of knowledge.
