Yeah I feel you. I haven't done anything to the truck in awhile because I've had more important things to deal with.

It involves a trade school w/apprenticeship, same as most other construction trades. Most utilities will pay for it entirely. Can't beat a career where you can make 75-150k/year without a college education. And it's pretty easy to get into.

I can tell you first hand SRP will not hire you without a degree. You have to have an in in srp to get the jobs that do not require degrees. I've been trying to get there for a while and my dad works there in a very specialized group and still can't get on in other places

He is in their wireless group. There are 7 people in his group including their director. If you want to put a cell site on srp land or power poles you go through them

Most of the time the jobs that are posted that are on the SRP careers section already have been filled but they have to put it up to the public for a certain amount of days before they can close it.

I usually go to the phoenix rock gym, its on university between mclintock and rural in tempe. I also work for a company that does some rock climbing and stuff outside.

When I can I like climbing outside, its way more fun than climbing in a gym

Anyone have any advice on where to move out in Phoenix? (good locations/prices) I might be moving out there for work by the end of May. Will be working in Mesa. Itll just be me by myself moving out there. Appreciate any help I can get.
