Some dude on XRU is testing out some upgraded mounts right now, if they test good I imagine he will be mass producing them.

I want to do the same thing but because of how short the reg cab is I'm not sure where I would be able to fit a muffler in

Been trolling the forums for a while and thought it was time to enage a little and introduce myself. I'm Cole. I have an 08 Prerunner SR5 with 112K, a dusted black appearance, and a warranty that is about to expire. I've had the truck for few years and while I don't have any crazy plans or delusions of grandeur I am keen on a TRD S/C, better lighting, a few appearance personalizations, and better audio. I'm in no hurry and expect to keep the truck for a good while because it is paid for. I work from home and travel a lot. Truck serves as transportation for my kid, my mountain bike, and my groceries. It spends a lot of time parked at the airport and occasionally finds itself towing rented off road equipment or friend's boats, jet skis, cars - The lady and I have been really enjoying the RZRs as of late. Recent adjustments to the truck include a reimbursement from Toyota for replacement of the ABS module, debadged the doors, added an OEM roof rack, fixed a busted center console latch, and learned the super secret reprogram the keyless entry remote dance. Looking forward to possibly meeting up with other Tacoma owners in the near future.

    Happy Friday!!
