Some, Suspension and stuff, tires, maybeh some armor.
The only alternative is scorpion anti-venom, @ $5000 - $7000 a hit. just about the same as some anti-snake venom.

Hospitals usually only dose children, and then only after talking to the parents about it.

Haha it gets better if that helps.... I have been stung 8 times now and am starting to build a tolerance. The first time I was in so much pain I shook and sat in the shower for over 6 hours straight! I couldn't walk straight, was light headed, had spotted vision and was uncontrollably vomiting. Since that sting, the effects have lessened each time. Now when I get stung, it only hurts locally and clears within a day or two. You'd think I would learn to watch where I am sticking my hands after that :/

Funny, that's exactly how I read it! I am more cautious now, most of them occured during undergrad when I had a field research position.... There isn't much I wouldn't do for cash in college. Repeated exposure to potentially deadly critters was just one of many!

To add to my last comment, children will sometimes need up to FOUR doses. That is why they usually tell adults to kick rocks.

Well there is a fire up at woods canyon right now so there might not even be camping up there this weekend depending on if they take care of it. But back at knoll all along the road you turn off of the 300k to head back to knoll is all dispersed camping with lots of cool spots. After you take a right at the end of the road you cant camp unless in the knoll lake camp ground. (I wouldnt do that tho)

I have gps coords to where we camped last weekend which is where Kyle is talking about. Great camping spot.
