    More detail, just got home.

    Ever since the new trans/clutch was installed I had a slipping/grinding noise in 5th gear under load around 50-55 mph. Took the guy at the dealer for a drive to prove to him, he could not hear anything (just an FYI Toyota service writers/service ESPECIALLY at Right Toyota are terrible, errogant).

    Now this oscillating speedo needle happens guess when? Under load between 50-55 mph. 49 doesnt happen and right at 56 goes away.

    Now that there is more of a story any more insite?

    4.10 gears, sliders, and lots of buttons.
    Almost sounds like the out put shaft bearing is bad......But I dont think that would impact the speedo.

    Take out the gauge cluster, and trouble shoot the electrical from the speedo to the speed sensor. Eliminate the electrical possibility before mechanical.

    After talking with Chris, i aint messing with it and having Toyota mess with it. Calling corporate sometime early next week to get my truck checked out by a stealership other than Right Toyota.
