AZ BS Thread 2.0

Well just got back from the second trip to the Dr. I got arthritis. I get to see some Rheumatology guy next week to get on treatments.

theres this shot you can get.. lasts about 6 months or more at a time.. works wonders.. my grandpa was taking it for his knees before he got surgery.. and was like a miracle drug. he could walk without pain.

 

Sorry to hear colby, my dad has arthritis as well.

Thanks guys. I'm not too thrilled being in my 30's having rheumatoid arthritis already.

I got an appointment with a specialist next week. Dr. sent me to a place today to get a MMC. My mom is into Chinese/eastern medicine so I'm seeing her doctor tomorrow. Then off to the Chiropractor and acupuncturist. I'm going to explore every possibility I can to keep this at bay before it gets worse.

 

be careful with the chiropractor, they can hurt you more since you already have arthritis


I tried using them until my specialist told me to stop. they ended up doing more damage than good. The relief became shorter and shorter between visits as they were speeding up the deterioration of the cartilage

 

She'll probably forget by the end of class.

Interesting. I'll talk to my specialist about it as well. He also does the acupuncture so I'll start with that first since I can get an apt with him tomorrow.
