Have a half day at work today. So I'm done working. Waiting for my 3TB hdd to partition. Playing with the Moto 360.

 

Staying stupid amounts of busy. Caught my grades slipping so had to crawl back into my cave and fix that. How you guys all doing? Any good local runs coming up?

 

I've just noticed WD has some 6TB drives out now. I'm tempted to get a couple.

A couple weeks back my sister asked if I knew this truck and it was yours.

 

Matt was busy that night, and did not give ANYONE roofies

 

My only issue with 6tb is that amount of data you'll loose when it takes a dump. I got 2 x 3tb drives from work so I'm using one as my backup then cloning it and taking it back to work.

 

That's why I would get 2. I have a 1TB and a 2TB WD Black with LVM, and a 3TB WD Green as a backup. I also have a Media PC with 3TB worth of data, and a couple My Books that I might use in LVM to back that up.

I have a lot of data spread across too many HDDs.

 

That's the exact same issue I have. I have a Buffalo NAS that has 4TB in it, but the raid controller in it died and they want too much to fix it. So I had to start sprawling shit everywhere. Sucks because I know I'll forget to backup something.

 

So I scored a $200 gift card to Sierra Expiditions...

What do I get for the truck?
