    I am going with the actuator. Mine did the same thing with the 4lo crap and was locked in about a year or so ago. But realistically you know way more than I do at that stuff. All I can think that could be doing it now is dirt got further than the afe pass the filter. How dirty was you filter? any holes? That pic you posted of the intake in the tire well was filthy as fuck. (time for a snorkel) :cool:

    That pick was in the intake tube after the filter lol. The flange mounting the filter somehow collapsed... Pretty sure that's how it was pulling dirt in.

    So... The actuator on yours was causing the truck to shut off?
