    As you are aware of now, he was given some time off after I reviewed his history with staff.

    And I dont ban someone if I dont like them? I only have few pet peeves that I ban on immediately...otherwise, we (staff) discuss it behind closed doors...but when you insult a staff member...that's not going to do you any favors..especially, when we all have FT careers, families, etc and volunteer our time daily here...

    If I do any other shift, late swings is nice, mine is 0000-0800 and whatever overtime I can possibly collect before they give us the boot. damn Pay Reform is gunna kick our ass soon tho :(

    The max (before they get upset) an officer can work where I volunteer is 14 hours (4 hours OT) daily...but there's always OT at the nearby hospital, and other misc details.

    Oh that's way more than us haha, once 2 hours rolls around they tell us to gtfo haha. New reform is force agents to work 10 hour shifts 5 days per week. It includes 2hrs pre determined OT, but rumor is the OT is still gunna be base pay or maybe a couple cents more than base:mad:

    Ya most are four 10 hour shifts here...I'm not sure how long the the allotted 4 hours per shift will last though, as one of their commanders has advised, they (commanders) have a goal to be in the field 70% of their time...how they will accomplish their admin duties, and be in the field assisting on calls...who knows.

    I don't really care or disagree with the bans... My only question, as someone who avoids this thread due to how accurate the title is, is why do you have to make this even more of a shitshow?

    IMO mods don't need to be instigating arguments just like the people they ban, especially when it's about a legal matter you know nothing about. All of this could've been handled via private warnings leading to a ban like most forums. But what do I know, not my site :rolleyes:
