    So I assume that the billies cannot be pre loaded a bit more to get the front height to match the rear?

    Who else has this lift?

    What size tires and what wheels? Where is it rubbing?

    My first thought was possibly pulling the AAL also.

    As far as I am aware and if I remember correctly when I had it looked at, If I pre-load the billies any more or try and go higher - The angle on the CV joints would be to much and I would need to install a different drop kit.

    Right now I have coilovers on the billestiens which is considered a level lift kit?

    You say you are a former 6" lift, there a reason why you no longer at 6?

    End of the day I would like to go slightly higher and get my truck level. Just this lift right now, is annoying the crap out of me and the rubbing. I feel as if the rubbing is above normal.

    I had an 03 Tacoma pre-runner with a Fabtech 3inch with 285/75/16's and only rubbed when I was fully flexed with wheels fully turned. On this Tacoma however I can get rubbing just by turning my wheels.

    Lots of reasons I went away from the 6" and got a new truck. We can discuss those later. You run a big tire, are they MTRs?
    Regardless a 3" lift will have some issues with that size tire. A CMC and some pinch weld pounding will be needed.

    We just need to see the angles of the CV and how much pre load you have. I would also like to see the leaf pack.

    Good choice, post up some pics when you can. I don't see any reason why you cannot keep what you have and just do a little tweaking. Going to a 6" is a costly jump.

    you can easily get your truck level, and be able to clear 33's with 3" of lift.. while also maintaining decent CV angles.. trust me.

    either..

    1) pull the AAl
    2) preload fronts more (should do this regardless if you want to clear your 33's and level your truck, though, you will still have rubbing, but can be fixed, comes with the 33" tire territory)

    once you get to that 3" lift mark.. it is recommended you get new aftermarket UCA's to get into alignment spec.

    1.5" of lift in the rear + 3" up front will sit you about dead level.

    im roughly at the above set up. 1.5"-2" in the rear.. and 3"+ up front. no CV binding or issues, alignment is good. etc
