That's great man! Cancer isn't as cool as it used to be anyways.

Just don't pick up ecigarettes, those are 2x as annoying.

Nothing wrong with a cup of coffee. Just as long as you don't pour a gallon of sugar in it. I'm hooked on cold pressed coffee right now. I drink about 8oz a day

lol. There is a reason why people use ecigs. to distract them from sctual smoking by having to build coils and test out new things in hopes for more clouds. vaping is the future

Not giving up coffee. Just when you quit smoking you have to give up all kinds of stuff that you used to do while smoking. Drinking coffee , big meals, lots of drinking, driving, sex , drinking. Eating, being bored. its all a pain in the ass

    4,000 chemicals
Cigarette smoke contains over 4,000 chemicals, including 43 known cancer-causing (carcinogenic) compounds and 400 other toxins. These cigarette ingredients include nicotine, tar, and carbon monoxide, as well as formaldehyde, ammonia, hydrogen cyanide, arsenic, and DDT. Nicotine is highly addictive.

there are only a couple main ingredients in ejuice.

    pick your poison

I think that we are still yet to find issues with ecigs. I'm sure it will have some backlash in our lifetime.

We put all kinds of shit in our bodies. If you start reading into GMO and pesticides its crazy. The tests that have been done that link all kinds of health issues. Not to mention pharmaceuticals and shots.
Even something like Maryjane had evolved into wax and stronger forms. They pump that shit thru a tube with propane, you think that is good for you? I'm all for natural medicine and naturopathic ways but not when its chemically modified.

I sound like such a hippie, but its true..

I guess what I'm saying is one way or another, we are killing ourselves. I'm a fatty, I've been up and down in weight for years and its a constant battle. There is a better way and I'm finally seeing it.
