I hear ya, but BOOO mixing cocktails. I can only drink Jack Daniels on the rocks. Single Barrel, Gentleman, and even Old #7. Only thing I mix is Honey Jack with Non sweetened Ice Tea (summer drink).

I have finally quit coke - now just the dam energy drinks.

I agree with you big time.
And like you said, even with the MJ and WAX. wax for sure I think can do things to the body that we don't know about yet. it's too new to know what it really does. I used to smoke a bunch wax and only wax, and i can say that i never smoke it anymore.
It's all about what grows on the trees.

this guy at my work was a nurse for a while. he saw 3 people die from drinking energy drinks.
he said all 3 of their hearts literally exploded. A hole blew out the side of their heart.
one guy drank 5 5 hour energies (dumbass)
one guy had 3 red bulls over a 24 hour period of time (who hasn't done that?)
The other guy I cant remember. But it was nothing insane.

 

Actually diet is far worse for you. The aspartame in it is a silent killer. It's linked to all sorts of health problems. My mom drank probably 10 cans of diet dr pepper a day and I saw it mess with her body and her mind. Honestly you're better off drinking regular soda with sugar and cutting that aspartame out.

 

Me as well! I used to drink at least one a day. And after his stories, I rarely ever drink any. It's just not worth it.

I am trying to cut out all soda. But it is so hard.

Sometimes you just want something ice cold and refreshing and it's so hard to not just grab one real quick.

 

This, I have seen a few shows that talk about how the "fake" sugar messes with your bodies ability to shut off craving sugar. So the fake sugar just makes your body crave more sugar and it isn't getting any

 

It's all the governments plan....
