So this happened yesterday up on the Mogollon Rim. My buddy was lucky enough to walk away with nothing but a few bruises and a bit tongue. Had to wait for a few hours for a tow, by that time it was snowing/raining. Fog was horrendous as well.IMG_1242_6b9d5338f985dde2fbdab4fa47489e4af12e2e4d.jpg

I was ahead of him so I didn't see it happen. But bald tires+2wd+muddy road=bad day. He was more worried about the truck than anything else.

I have been camping with my wife 3 times. Al 3 times included not only rain, but hail. Yes, every time I have camped with my wife (with or without the kids) it has rained at hailed. Each time I have packed up my truck, in the rain. I enjoy the camping, so I will keep doing it, but I would be happy to pack up my gear, dry, for once.

I did get two nights camping without her or the kids, the the hail on the rim last night was a pain in the ass. Oh well, it was a beautiful drive back to Phx this morning. I need to do it again soon. Got some great pics of the kids playing in the Tonto Creek.

Saw several awesome tacos in Payson and Pine.
