Is Detroit still the shithole I remember as a kid?

Last time I was there I think 2 live crew me so horny was the top track and the parental advisory act of congress was happening.

Detroit is a lot better now. Down town isn't scary at all. It's actually rather nice in most of the area's. I think this city will make a come back, but it will take a long time.

 

I remember driving though downtown and it seemed like whole blocks where just shut down and buildings condemned. It was a scary place for sure

 

2 years ago I drove through there and it was like that in lots of area's. They've been cleaning it up, leveling buildings, adding parks and what not.

 

I somehow survived another year. The sad part is I have to spend my birthday driving from Bend, Oregon to San Diego. I started at 2:00 am this morning..

 

Any of you yahoo's at Desert Ridge Sandbar last night? A Blue Tacoma 4 door sport, parked next to me, front custom bumper, rigid lights, winch, didnt get a look at tires and wheels.

 

I did Phoenix to Gillette and back over my bday. 5000 miles in 4 days

I just rescued my 3rd dog on Sunday

 

Not really sure. But she was left but her owners in a park and they moved away. She is a total lover and is adjusting to her new pack nicely. I have 3 females, 2 of which are very submissive. That's needed because my Corgi/hound is super alpha.

 

Wish the muffler I was lookin at was part of Prime Day..

Still might get it.. or two.

It's the only way IMO. I'm getting 10% off my doggie door this weekend because of having rescues. The company takes 10% off for me and then donates 10% to the rescue I used. So this is a total win!

As for the new puppy "jelly bean" I'm not a fan of the name my girl picked but its her dog. She wanted a small dog to cuddle with all night. My two love to cuddle, but they are on the larger side for her to handle and they are big fans of sleeping in their own beds. We have quite the family now!!
