You're thinking about wheeling Sunday morning? Or Saturday? I live in Prescott so I could probably do something. What trail are you thinking?

Sunday would be better for me.

At Phoenix Sky Harbor waiting for my flight back to Los Angeles. They're transporting the body of American Airlines pilot and Arizona native Michael Johnston just outside the terminal.

I see, well there is a trail from 169 to cottonwood that I have heard was cool but I have never done it. My buddy did it in a 2 wheel drive Tacoma. I can't remember what it's called though and I have no idea if it has good views haha. Then head back up over Jerome for lunch. I think there might be a couple trails that take you to the top of Mingus mountain from 169 also.

Hey, I know a few people have mentioned they are or might be selling their truck. I have a friend who keeps buying the wrong truck, and they keep getting wrecking... the truck gods are punishing him for not buying a Tacoma. He is looking for an 05+ DC, 4x4, for under 18k. If you happen to have one, PM me so I can get the info to him. He is waiting for insurance to pay him out on this last one, so his time frame is a week or two.

Mingus is pretty much all groomed forest roads. We go up there to ride our bikes so I am fairly familiar with the roads up there. They can be pretty populated on the weekends, but the traffic usually clears out by the afternoon. Usually just morning lookylu's

Thats Is where Its at! But thats why i like wolf creek. They have a dedicated lift just for back country riding. No groomed runs except the bottom cst walk back to the lift when you pop out of the trees. Other than tgat its all hiking the ridge line

Ridge out to the eastern bowl is badass, but that catwalk back to the lift at the bottom.....

I really don't know much else out there besides areas that I ride my bikes. The Dells, Spruce Mountain and Mingus are the only two places In Prescott I ride

Yeah I wish they had more off-roading stuff up here. Sedona is the closest place for options. Other than that it's just forest roads.

Yeah, it can add up quick! Thankfully, I am not really out of pocket much on the new truck at all. Got some all weather floor mats yesterday, as you know swapped the lift over, so really just a few hundred out of pocket at the moment. Tint this weekend will add another 125 but that'll be about it.
