His name is Blade (yes that's his real name).. He's more into the BMX scene since he is 16 and it costs a lot less for him to fix his BMX than his dirt bike. The kid is a freaking bad ass on a dirt bike.

What type of quad did you have? I have a lot of experience with banshee's and they are just amazing and wicked fast. They always seem to break a lot too from what I remember.

The other quad I rode and liked was called a quad-zilla. At least that's what they told me it was called.. It was huge! But lots of fun.

I think I just need to have someone show me how to ride a dirt bike and let me follow them when they aren't doing 50-60mph.

Yeah the 16yr olds are getting insane. I know the Distlers and Vince Morgan and a few of the others a little bit. I own an IFMA ramp and can do some little tricks but a backflip is just

    I had a 250r then went to a Raptor.

Banshee's are garbage in my eyes. Everyone that I've ever known to have always is doing the same thing. "Wont start, fucking with the carbs, timing, pipe tuning, etc" That's why I got outta the 2stroke scene. It got real annoying, real quick. Kinda like your quote up a little bit. "I cant go cuz Im fixing/breaking something" lol

Quadzilla's are legit, 500 2stroke suzuki, pretty gnar gnar actually

The new 4 strokes just put 2 stroke motors to shame. I love 2 strokes (hence my SN) but you cant compete with the power of a 4 stroke. Its funny because I dont even have a CR anymore, just a YZ450f but I dont want to change my screen name

its nice to have a dd, i just bought a POS beater to drive around:)

its alot more fun that quads and dirtbikes, i have rode and raced since i could walk. i now dont own either, but a caged truck i do own and its much nicer...

windshield, heater, ac, seat belts, dont need to put on a helmet over and over after you just got done sweating in it as well with all the other stinky gear.
na lol i know first hand. less fun and cost more

crashing dirtbikes is what they are made for, you will lay it down every other time you go out or your not riding hard enough, its part of the game for sure. yeah dont lean into corners! sit forward, inside elbow up, and leg by the front tire, feather that clutch and let er rip!

riding with someone thats better than you will help a ton, but its really hard when you cant keep up cause you cant see what they do if they go slow.
quad zilla!! that would be a suzuki 500! haha

    and wanshees.. nice!

4 strokes ftw, i also went from a 2 smoker to a 4 stroke. i would never go back, the crf450s just have so much power right there at your finger tips.

Hey CR 250, I know Brandon, but he has another guy there as well. I didn't think Queen Creek was big enough for more than 1 Tacoma. LOL...... I used to live in Az City & worked in Eloy

I think following the right person is the key for me on adapting to dirt bikes. Most of my friends know how I am with my street vehicles, which is "if you can do it then so can I".. So they tend to think I'll pick up on it very quickly like I do with street bikes and what not.

I'm very comfortable on tarmac. Doing 150mph, no problem. Dragging knee at 90mph, no problem. But for some reason I just can't adapt quickly to dirt. The only thing I've been able to carry over easy was drifting. Drifting on tarmac is WAY harder than drifting in dirt. More fun on dirt, less tire wear.

Aw9d, I am right there with you on that. I have a FJR 1300 that I toss around the Cali Canyons quite a bit, but when it comes to dirt, which I learned on, it's taking a bit more. It's been a long time since i've been on 2 in the dirt though.

Ouija that wouldn't be a good thing! Luckily for me he did a good job for me. Didn't do any milling work for me. Just had him clean up my remmy trigger on my rifle and he did a good job for me.

brandon has himself and 2 others there, hes growing! he needs to hire on another for sure.

its just traction is the only thing, in dirt you dont have enough so you need to position your body perfectly so you cang et as much as possible. if you can turn good, you will be a very successful rider. turning was my worst quality as a rider, balls out 5th gear tapped was my best:)
it is really big now, it has grown alot.

    hell yeah! 4.56s?
    your going to love it!

    doo itt
man thats beautiful. do you have spindles?
