Already had it once and the astigmatism in my right eye is almost to the point where lasik isn't an option anymore. I could do my left eye but my right eye would still need a contact.

I'm looking at the extended wear contacts today. I'll let you know how they work out since this will be my first pair of contacts ever.

I wore extended contacts for years.. they still suck.. extended my ass.

constantly irritating my eyes. contacts in general suck, still better than glasses which I wore for years as well.

Lasik was life changing for me. no more having to worry when I wake up, swim, snowboard or anything that caused windy, dry eyes.

I had an Astigmatism as well.. one of the reasons why contacts sucked so bad.. Lasik fixed that problem

Wow. My astigmatism is pretty bad in my right eye but my left eye has nothing wrong with it other then being old. The problem is when I shoot I am right handed but want to use my left eye because I can see better. I've been thinking about switching to a left handed bow just for this reason as well. I'm hoping I can deal with contacts.

My wife shoots this way as well and it works for her. Doesn't work for me at all. I'm not sure how my wife does it.

Alright fellas, so I'm going to ask this in the Tucson Meet & Greets as well so sorry if you read it twice. I'm running low on options at the moment.

Does anyone near me (Tucson, Sahuarita, Marana, etc) have a fishing boat I can borrow on Saturday? I know it is a lot to ask and understand if no one is willing. I am coordinating an artificial fish habitat construction project for Sahuarita Lake on this Saturday, Oct 24th. The boat that the city of Sahuarita has is too small (it's more like a kayak) and the AZGFD boats in my region are currently in the shop and are expected to be done by the end of this week, but it's a risky game. We simply need a boat to deploy the habitats once we make them. If anyone can lend a boat to me, or even if you have a boat and want to come out and help, please let me know!

its really affordable now actually. I paid 1400 flat for mine.. and thats including a lifetime warranty on my eyes.. 200 per eye. lol

I do need to go back in just to see how my vision is now. I havent been to an eye doctor since I got it done, like 4 years ago or somethin.. no need to.

 yeah idk about that... that would deter me as well. Although, knowing the outcome now.. I still might do it at that price. lol

I went through Nationwide Vision. had my consultations with the regular location, then was sent to their surgeon in Scottsdale.

I did LASIK years ago, Barnet Dalany, I think is was $3200. It was life changing!

My wife's eyes are so bad she isn't a candidate. I think her new contacts are -11.50. She has been looking at the implantable contacts. Cheaper and designed to be changed every few years if needed. Also works with most things that disqualify someone from LASIK.
