Like this? This is for 4wd to clear the axle
    [IMG]
Then you flip the coilover adapter and cut the bucket to compensate for the longer lower rod end

nope, in that second picture they only did that to gusset the coil bucket because they had to notch it for the resi hose. if you dont gusset that all hell can break loose. paden had his gusseted like this..

TC coilover mounts look like this- so the top sticks through on some kits, but it depends on where your resi hose is at now.

Right I didnt utilize my coilover adapters cuz of the OEM top mount that king supplies, and no need to cut the coilover bucket being 2wd

Correct but when you run the 4wd you cut the bucket and move the coil over up to compensate for the longer end. It looks like in your application you are running the 4wd adapter with no cut coil bucket and no bumpstop extension. You will bottom out your shock way befor you hit the bumps

Here is the chaos mounts for coil overs

There seems to be a ton of different setups but I think the upper mount is more dependent on the shock than the kit. The long lowers are to clear 4wd axles but Im not sure if they keep the long rod on 2wd. That one picture the coil bucket is super notched because of the added length of the rod end. The ICONS are notched because of the way the resi hose mounts. My upper mounts look exactly like the chaos ones eric posted and mine are camburg and kings

I think this is correct, if you have the extended lower rod but do not have a notched bucket you are losing some of your up travel. Jeremy have you ever cycled your front end with the sock in but no springs?

The bump stop extensions werent in, in that pic. They are now. I still have the eyelet adapters from TC if anyone needs them.

Are the longer rods ends affecting me any? Like I said the truck runs good.

    ^ This....

With out the notched bucket you are bottoming out the shock before the bumpstop and loosing up travel.

I have not, However when I set the front to full droop without the straps attached. The shock is full extended before the uniballs are. But, at that point the uni's are at their max point to where TC says to put them with the straps in....

    Does that make sense?

Also forgot to mention that when I bought my kit I had SDHQ order it and forgot to tell them the spring rate I wanted and the ordered 500lb springs...

Yeah like your uniballs have more room but not usable. You should have enough up travel then. My shocks still have about an inch or more of down travel left from where they are strapped on down travel and my wheel hits the core support/fender wall before my shock bottoms on up travel. I has no bumps in front

They are the same, the top one has a bolt of some kind going through it and that is just a top plate of a different style like eric posted. You would benfit more from getting a non extended lower rod. Those come off of the shaft and you shouldnt even need to take the shock apart (other than springs). It would also lower the preload and drop your truck down a little

EDIT: But you may end up not having enough downtravel if your shock are maxed at down travel now. I would cylce it before you change anything

I have no bumps either, other than what the TC spacers are giving me.

I've never bottomed it out either, but did notice after sycamore I had some rubbing on the inner fender structure. But not much
