    I second the UHD. I got a non curved Samsung and the differences are truly amazing. The picture is so much more intense than a regular HD tv

    The 34: tire Jon is talking about is the Toyo ATII in 285/75R17. It gives about as tall and wide as you can fit on a Gen 2 Tacoma without extensive body and underbody mods.

    My current tires 255/85R16 (or "Skinnies" as the fat tire guys like to call them) are almost 1.5" narrower in cross section and tread width.

    There are applications where each is superior. I now have four full sets of 16" Tacoma wheels including the original steelies, so to jump to 17's would mean buying more wheels and/or selling my 16's. I hate selling stuff because it is worth nothing when I want to sell and $$$$$$$$ when I want it.

    You're right....I just did the math on wheelers and on metal tech. Metal tech is higher MRSP by almost $100 over wheelers as their normal price but after the discount the Metal Tech discount is better if they do free shipping like wheelers which I believe they will if it's the Icon shocks. You'll end up saying a litttttle bit extra over wheelers. Good to know!! Did they say if the discount would just show up online or if you had to put in a code etc??

    Then if you're in Oregon you're getting charged whatever sales tax they have there. But you're in Arizona so you shouldn't have any sales tax.
