No, these are not the race wheels. They do have identical ones with true beadlocks for over twice as much though. For beadlocks i will just go with black steel rims.

Eh you dont really need a beadlock unless you do some crazy stuff. I think actual beadlocks are not DOT approved too. It will look good though

Yea, if I start hitting stuff like moab and stff where I air down to 10 PSI or less than yea, I will get them. Each state is also differant on the rules of running bead locks or not.

Thanks for the order Chaz! As others have said You really wont really ever need beadlocks even dropping to 15 ish PSI you should be fine for what you want to do which as i understand it is the slower expo/crawler type wheeling. The time for beadlocks is when your running 15psi and doing 80 mph, cant lose a bead there  or of course when you have a 15" rim and 39" tire running 5 PSI :p Maybe someday lol

    Yes.
We put new OME springs on the rear of the 4Runner today. Definitely not nose-high anymore! I think it may even be taller than my truck too...

I've wanted these wheels since I saw them on the method website way back. Debating on the silver bead lock vs. the black.

Probably the only thing I don't like about these is the color of the bolts.

Ok, so I have been doing research and asking opinions for a while about winches and I finally make the jump.
I went with a Warn 9.5xp winch with steel cable. Through a bunch of phone calls playing differant places against each other I ordered from 4 Wheel Parts. I know, I know I hate that place too but I got them to beat the best online price by $25 and since I will pick up it up in Portland Or before I head back down I dont have to pay shipping or tax. Plus by going with the steel line and then ordering an aftermarket synthetic line I saved a bunch of money and have a spare cable now.
I will install the winch on the mounting place at CBI Offroad but will need to wire it up and re-spool it once in AZ so I will probably need some help.

    Here they are:

When swapping lines its best to have the entire winch out of the bumper. Will make your install a lot easier. Also synthetic line will need to be stretched so when your re-spooling attach the line to a stationary object like a friends truck, throw the truck in neutral and allow the winch to tow your truck all the way in.

The CBI bumper is a 2 part bumper and I can pull the outer shell off to to attach the new line to make it easier. Then mount the shell back on and winch in the line. Thanks for the advice, I have been doing a bunch of reading and I have a location I can hook my truck to to winch in the line.

Is an E rared sidewall worth the extra weight if the tires will only see light to moderate off-road use?
