As someone who just ordered something from Allpro with excellent customer service, TW discount, lots of stickers and it arrived 4 days early from their original build time I think this guy's whole story is fishy IMO

Yes, curious on the other side of the story. I've had solid service, even quickly responding to a shipping address change.

 

I have no complaints with he products I've received, my expo pack and flip kit, but if you didn't have a problem with anything then of course you will have had good customer service. It isn't until things go wrong that it normally goes bad. Not taking sides, just sayin

I agree with you, I just can't imagine how e-mails were not sent during any of this. Even for my stuff I got e-mails and had conversations through those.

 

I only ever communicated via the telephone. Just a confirmation email. But that's only because I don't like email. Takes too long for me.

 

my first all pro bumper fit exactly like his did. off almost 1.5" to one side and sat way to high and was always rubbing on the fender flares. broke the front fenders off my truck first time out and even scratched the body.

 

I get way too busy for the phone, so e mails help me remember what has been said and keep me on track.

 

The biggest thing is a phone call is hard to prove but emails do not go away

That's true. I always give people the benefit of the doubt and don't think I'll ever need the email. I do record some convos though

 

I hate when I get to a juicy drama filled thread and the mods have already cleaned house.

I'll fill you In with what you missed for the most part:
DCSBFTMFW padding his post count with his shitty posts, and then everyone else going back and forth with how all pro did right by them with there product being perfect, and Then those that opposed it and stated comments about how op should of been taken care of or compensated were then bashed as well having to defend there reasoning. So nothing to cool.

How did the Vortex do?

 

I ordered an AP expo front bumper and had a miscommunication issue with All Pro years ago. Basically it came with no hoops when i wanted all 3 hoops. Tracy made it right by having Sierra Expeditions hold the bumper, strip the powder coat down, send the hoops and had Sierra weld it and re-powder coat the entire thing.
