I made the move out about 8 yearsAgo from long beach. Best decision of my life. I decided then a month later I was here. Life was easier then tho. No girl. No ties to anything. Transfered my job. And done

Can you give me the names? I'll let her know. Are they big schools? Tough to get into?

Thanks man! I'll let her know. I'm hoping she gets in somewhere in CO or AZ. One of my buddy's girlfriends got into arkansas. Would be a hard move from CA.

1200sqft 3 bed, 2 bath, 2 car garage, no HOA in Chandler.. we pay $940 a month.

I dont know how half my family handles it in Cali still.. They come over frequently.. half the time just so we can go out shooting. lol

It also depends on when you bought in Cali too. My parents mortgage is less than $1,500 a month on a 4 bed, 4 bath, 3 car garage, pool, and view, but they bought in 1995 haha. My rent walking distance from ASU is $700 a month.

Nice. I'm just starting out though. CA is a hard place for young pros.

I like KOH some years, but try pretty damn hard to not actually spend money on that side of the border.

45 minute drive time is just crazy to me.. and thats just one way.. maybe I've been spoiled.. but the longest drive I've ever had was 30ish miles and that was death.

    Lol...

My drive to work this summer was at least an hour each way... to go 24 miles... Traffic...

    That was considered "not bad"
