    2 years Ive spent emailing my HOA about the scorpion infested monster palm tree outside my house. Over the last 6 months the landscapers said the cold would kill it if they trimmed it.

    I guess they finally decided to actually look at it and cut it down yesterday :yay:

    Finally a win! I guess they figured the same as I did. If this fucker came down in a storm, it was taking mine or my neighbors house with it.
