    If anyone is looking, I'm probably looking at selling the Tacoma, 2016 Black Access Cab, TRD Offroad 4X4 auto, clean title in hand, bone stock except for 5% tint all around. About 10k on the odometer. It's gotten washed, waxed and detailed every month since I've had it. It also has the extended warranty and tire and wheel package which is transferable. $35K firm.

    But yah for where the market is right now decent houses in decent neighborhoods are looking at 250-270 for a pool it seems. Not sure how low your trying to stay if it's worth ditching the pool idea all have a nicer and cheaper house.

    We are pretty flexible. We have actually found 2 currently we are looking at. Both without a pool. we still have the peoria house in the family if we want to go out there and stay and party. Kitchen and garage are my bigger items I need.

    Just have some financial things I got to get squared away, stupid adult logic and decisions I tell ya.

    I have one more class and working on my thesis right now but took this current quarter off to try and get my back fixed, nothing kills your study habits or motivation faster than excruciating, throbbing pain down your leg while you try to read, study and be awake lol.
