Well you know to compensate for the tires, but if I drive hard I get around the 220 mark!

I'm going to have to say I like my stock setup. 300-320 before light comes on.

Most likely buying lift coils this week so I called Will at Sierra Expeditions and he recommended Ironman 4x4 coils over OME. He said he's running their set up on his cruiser and loves it. Any thoughts on this it's another Australian company and is actually cheaper than OME

Yeah well you can watch me do the :jellydance: when I see you guys off-road your trucks. I'd love to beef up the truck, but its my daily driver and its 2x4. No reason to adjust suspension. But I have my eye out looking for a 1st gen to use and abuse.

You are a smart man. If I could go back in time my truck would be bone stock and I'd have a UTV for wheeling.

Never looked into those but now you got my brain cooking over the idea of one of these vs. a truck. Suggestions on good UTV?

I Plan on getting a used rhino and use the savings of buying new for accessories. My family has a Polaris ranger and it's been reliable and a beast as well

That's why I want an old first gen that has a lot of work done to it already. Saves me the time/cash of doing it myself and I won't feel bad if I roll it on its side.. but now tossing the idea of a Rhino.

I can see that, the truck itself is a huge cost. All in I am ~$17.5k including the truck and all suspension

I think that's why I'm losing interest in wanting to go lt etc. I'd rather just have a nice truck that can take me hunting camping and play in the desert but still be nice aroun town.

I can understand wanting to stay stock but honestly I think buying any vehicle new is a waste of money. I have been there and done that and cant stand being upside down, the "new" car appeal does not work on me anymore. This time I wanted to buy a truck that I wouldnt feel bad when I beat it the piss out of it

In the amount of money you have and will spend on both a new truck and a UTV, you could have gotten a Ford Raptor....

You will never catch me owning a FORD of any flavor..

The Raptor is impressive, but its still a FORD. :D

Edit: Just looked up a Raptor fully loaded.. I could get my Taco new, a new UTV, and still have money to play with for that price. That's a 50k truck fully loaded! I got my Taco for half that price.

X2. Its a nice truck especially coming from the factory like that but I would take my LT over a stock raptor anyday for the price
