Sorry about your damage, Nick. I have never heard of hitting a puddle and doing such damage (unless the puddle was 5' deep)

 

Can some of our fellow officers of the law chime in on the legalities of having a PA system installed in our trucks, or any non-law enforcement vehicle? I hear conflicting information, but I'm mostly convinced that it's illegal?

 

Excessive Noise, impersonating a police officer if you were to use a siren sound and try and pull someone over. Other than that, I doubt its illegal here. Having a hard time finding a law about it other than excessive noise, which would be the same as a stereo system.

 

Or for "off road use only"
