    Depends on the glass. I did not do any fit work at all with my fiber glass. Just drilled holes SMS bolted on.

    It is. I installed all the glass on my truck by myself in a afternoon with a couple of sockets, drill bits, and a cordless drill

    How hard is it to paint the rear diff cover?

    Let me rephrase that.

    How much work is it to get that off and put it back on? Painting it would be the easy part.

    Pretty tough lol. At least on 1st gens there is no diff cover, you get access to the diff by removing the 3rd from the front. Toyota rear axles do not have a diff cover like you see on most vehicles. You could tape it off though

    Well that's good info to know. I saw a lifted chevy who painted his to match the truck, through it looked nice.. Figured a few bolts, lots of fluid mess, no problem.

    Guess I'll scratch that out of the picture. Maybe I'll paint my skid plate.. I feel like painting something this weekend.

    Like JD said, you could tape off around what would be a diff cover on a chevy and paint it. Probobly less work.
