    You get it off CL? I got the same exact thing with all the wiring and everything NIB for 50 and just bought 100w blue lights :D

    I posted a status on FB about doing the cab mount chop and this is what someones response was to it:

    "just incase it hasn't come to mind...if you touch your frame at all and you have to get it inspected at all. It will now have a salvage title"

    ...is this true? If so looks as if we have a lot of salvage Tacomas on this site lol

    Only if the insurance company would deem
    the damage (chop) making the truck a total loss.

    welding things like sliders and such deals with the frame,
    would that make a truck a salvage?

    I'm not an expert but whoever said that may be
    misinformed on salvage titles and how they
    are given... just my .02

    See I thought about the sliders also but your not removing material that way your adding. I think he was "confused" or "misinformed" due to thinking "removing" material would make things different?
