What did you use for material? I figured if you brace it like that guys' pic the metal wouldn't have to be too thick.

22 gauge Sheet metal. (Stuff you use to make body patch panels) It does have a brace and then we did a bend to make a little wall on one side and tacked it to it to stiffen it up

Sweet thanks man! I'll pick some up.. I don't have a welder but I think JB weld will do the trick for now until I can make a Plexiglass one.

Buy it at the steel supply place off of 48th street and southern across from the spring training field. (Industrial Metal supply) Its $0.89 a LB. Lowes is pricey. JB weld would work but not needed a rivet would work too. it was only one tack that we did. It will be like $5 and you will have more then enough. You can cut 22 gauge with a Set of good tin snips but make sure to wear a glove because your typist hands will blister :p

Do you have to cut your dash for ARB switches to fit in?

I got one from Sierra Expeditions and it doesn't fit into my dash. It's not even close. Way too wide.

You have to trim the ridges inside the switch holder. I used a box cutter blade

Busy night tonight. Got lots done.

Installed a BlueSea fuse block and hooked up my first accessory. HID Spot lights (7inch).

Also mocked up my first intake cover. I'm working on the final product later this week.
