Nope. If its blinking 2 led's its already shut down and its not doing anything.. GPU/CPU have no power running to it.

The fan's have to stay connected as well.

Ok so what is the burn in method you use?

 

I would need to see the xbox, check the thermal paste, look at the board, then go from there. It's hard to say what needs to be done to it over the internet since its been repaired once already. Depending on how the repair was done last time makes it different how you repair it the second time. If the first burn in wasn't done right or didn't work, the chip (GPU) is more likely to fry out faster since you over heated it during the fix process. If you had the fan's disconnected during burn in, odds are you burnt out your CPU since that fan needs to cool the CPU during the burn in process, not the GPU.

It took me about 7 times of repairing my first 360 to get it down just right.

 

Well like I said I fixed it last night and it seams to be working. If it starts acting up again I will let you know. What would you want in return to fix it if need be?

I haz Forza Horizons too.. haven't had a chance to play much, but so far an overwhelming feeling of... meh.

I forgot how horrible console graphics are... sigh.

We'll figure that out depending on what LED's fire off. Hopefully 3 of them, as that's easy to fix. 2 of them, its totally 50/50 chance.

 

Alright I'll let you know. It was firing off 3 before yesterday. Now it is working after I redid the repair so ill cross my fingers and hope for the best.

 

I was pretty disappointed with Horizons too.. I think i hyped it up too much..

on another note.. pretty cool documentary/show on discovery right now..Militia Rising. it's about citizen militia/survival groups.. here in AZ. basically talking about if the shit hits the fan, and the government can't help.. whether it be war or natural.. these small groups are here to protect and serve. dudes rockin full tac gear and everything. sign me up! lol
