Alright it looks like there are 3 prongs to the bulb, one low beam, one high beam, and one hot. The hot is the one the doesnt have power. I looked at the fuses and switched them, same thing. When I jumped a wire from the battery to the hot wire through the plug it works, so the plug is good. Maybe the relay or just the wire coming from the relay to the light socket?

check your fuses and relay's.. I've seen fuses blow for DTRL and it makes the headlight not fully power up on a saturn before. Looked just like your's did.

fuses are all good, how do I check a relay without replacing it? Does a headlight relay power each headlight separately? I guess I could pull the relay in the morning and see how many poles it has

    Hey Jake,

I saw you were posting bout trying this fix. Did you try it and did it work? My column rattles like mad when off road. I'm going to get the TSB but I've found a few people stating the TSB still didn't fully fix it and they ended up using a zip tie.

Wanted your opinion on this if you did it.

Hmmm, I don't remember if I did it on my 10 or not... I know I did on the 08 and it was vastly improved, at least for awhile. My 10 feels pretty solid, not perfect but... way better than my 08 did at the start lol. Man you got me thinking now, I don't remember at all... lol....

lol I had to go back and look, yea the zip tie fix. I actually just ended up doing the TSB I think, but it did come back after awhile, but I never fixed it before it was wrecked. I do have a slight hint of it on this truck but I've just kinda lived with it since, well, my suspension makes more noise and rattles than the wheel does. I might do it now that you brought it back up and it'll be in my head again.. thanks lol.

haha ok. I might just take it in. Since the day I got it, its been bad and I thought this was just normal for a truck. I'll do the zip tie for now to see how it holds up.

    Thanks man!

Good call. I have some old bump stops from my 98 Taco that are really hard rubber. I might cut one of those down and shim it in there. Guess I'll be messing with that tonight.

Actually, I might still have the original stock ones from my truck sitting in the garage... unless someone wants them for their original purpose first..

Testing relays is something I don't know how to do off the top of my head. I just buy a new one and try that or remove the relay to test and see if it works without it.
