Busy day working on the truck today....

Tried to restore the headlights today. Not perfect but it will work until I buy new headlights. Or spend god-awful amounts of time/money on HID/projectors.

Unbolted, lifted, cleaned and re-sealed the bed-shell. Then I got really excited and started using insulating foam to seal around the glass door/tailgate. It does not rattle anymore and seals quite firmly.

In the morning I am going to go to town with a vacuum on the cab of the truck and that damn camping set up in the bed of a truck. Shit is going to take forever since it is caked with that fine AZ dust from this last summer of fun.

Monday I am getting tires rotated and balanced in prep for my road trip this next week.

....I am thinking about having the tranny fluid flushed too. We shall see.

 

I have used those machines in the past and they only seem to do a decent job at best and only if the spill(or vomit) is fresh.
I have had my truck detailed at the Francis and Sons on Kyrene and Elliott and they did a pretty good job on cleaning the seats. I have three boys and you can only imagine the stuff that they spill on the seats.

 

On the way back from Jakes house, I saw another Tacoma behind me and it looked EXACTLY like Davids and I got all excited. It wasnt David.

 

Anyone heard from Brandon over at avid lately? Sent him an email a few days back and a message on Facebook a few weeks ago but no response to either

 

Last time I got in contact with him was in late October. I sent him an email two days ago but havent heard back, hopefully he is busy with my order

 

Going on a cruise to south mountain at 2:45 with AZAWD. There is going to be a bunch of evo's, impreza's, and some other stuff. We are meeting at Central and Dobbins at 2:45 if any Tacoma's want to tag along, feel free to come!

 

Had an awesome weekend hanging out with Josh and his family. Finally got to shoot the FAL. So ready for a nap now.

I need a leaf pack that would be better for carrying dirt bikes, but I don't want any lift, what do you guys think I should get? I could mount it under the axle.

 

Just came back from the AZAWD cruise. It was fun but, the people are defiantly a different crowd that's for sure! I also passed that spot were the kid in his BMW M3 crashed into a rock. hahaha

 

Yeah, a bunch of snobbie city druggies I imagine. Which is the majority of people that drive little cars as far as ive seen in my life
