The headlight, headlight bowl, and both billet grills are painted with a wheel paint. The shrouds are white.

i did, i drove around in 4wd for an hour or 2, not staying in the same rpms, adjusting speeds.
i have also heard you should break them in the way you plan to drive your truck? i didnt do it like that, but what do you think?

not sure about this time, i havent tore it down yet. just got back from california.
last time it was the ring and pinion, this time im not sure, theres a very very slight grind in 4wd, but the 4wd doesnt even engage (axles dont spin)

you do know you can't shift into 4lo at 75 miles an hour right? :D

but what are you doing? why is your diff failing instead of the CV's? at I would also check other driveline components specifically your transfer case

also I just wanted to share that those coils in between my bump stops worked amazing this weekend, made the truck handle the weight easily and stopped all the excessive tipping that I usually get.

i always stop completely before switching to 2wd, lo or hi.

and this time i was hauling ass up olds racing a couple rhinos.... in reverse, and im pretty sure i got airborn through the woops and when i landed that might have done something??
i didnt hear any cracking, snapping, popping, griding or anything. just lost traction and thats how i knew i lost my 4wd.
if i drive in 4wd now, theres a very very slight grind that goes with something rotating.

how could the transfer case effect my diff blowing?
i dont know why my axles arent going, i was in sand so there was no binding at all in my front end.

Eric if there was no noise and the diff just disengage I would believe your actuator stopped, possibly you Jarred a vacuum hose loose?
