    Seems that we have something else in common now. Lol. I did the whole physical therapy thing.. it didn't work. Less than a week after i all it popped out again. So I said screw it. I just deal with it now. Take it easy and since its happened so many times, I know the limits now before it dislocates again. It happens all the time. Lost count how many times its come out. And putting it back in is horrible.

    Hey no worries. Have been dealing with it for like 5 years now. If you have the opportunity to get surgery. Do it. I missed my window for easy surgery. Did my MRI's and xrays, consultations, etc.. but never followed up. Now its retarded expensive.
