Legit pho or white people pho? Being Vietnamese, this is very important for me

If the Moab trip is then you may be able to convoy up with a few locals if the big parks are on your list. Thats an iffy time for AZ weather. We are at the end of summer and prime for Monsoons still. I honestly would recommend the end of October thru May for AZ. These are our best months, hands down.

 

Unless you love a good tan, and the way sweat glistens on your skin, then come melt away during the summer with the rest of us.

It's alright, but buttermilk bars are Bosas best.

Ive had real homemade vietnamese Pho many times. It's hard to find better. I did take my close friend who is Vietnamese to Pho De Lat in Tempe and he liked it.
But nothing will ever beat his moms Pho. Complete with Ox tail and all IMHO.
