When was the last time the o-ring had fresh lube applied? (hahaha) So at 3.30 you saw it was not moving water, but on? At any point between the last time it ran and 3.30 was it off at all? You could be sucking in air when the system shuts off and that pushes all the water backwards through the system and empties your baskets and filter making it very hard or impossible to get prime again.

The only time I need lube is for o-rings. I keep an extra pair of panties for the ladies because I'm a nice guy and I know they'll need them.

You can prime it with a 5 gallon bucket, dump water into pump basket area. I've rarely needed more than 10 -15 gallons.

Wont ever own a Chevy unless its a 2500 or 3500 and it would be lifted 6 inches total bro truck, I think the Colorado's are ugly and pointless if you knew anything about me you would have known this already.

Today is my 16 year anniversary with my wife. Married 10 of those years.

Best part is she just dropped the soap in the shower. Gotta go take advantage of this opportunity!

Yeah that or a water hose is how you prime the pump, but that doesn't help if you can't figure out why it's losing prime.
Yeah all those things can happen I was just starting with the most likely and easiest to explain then work our way through the system.

Oh 2nd gender you have much to learn. The taco isn't sold but if someone offered me the right amount for it it would be gone. I admit all the time I was wrong about icon ask anyone that goes to the meets or asks me about them until icon steps it up I won't recommend them. And also my dad has had chevys for years and there's a reason they go for sale at 20% off. Like I said the only chevy I would own truck wise is a 2500 or 3500 as that is what we currently have and they do great, not some ugly ass truck that will be over priced.

I'm not saying it's gonna be a bad truck I'm just saying it's a chevy and the only thing good about it that makes it hold any value is the diesel motor. If Toyota was smart they would bring the diesel out of the hilux and put it in the Tacoma.

Some people have had a ton of issues and I get that but I have only had 2 my paint which I didn't notice before I took delivery and my blower motor for my ac. My only gripe with this truck is fixable with gears. As far as the looks are concerned some people hate how they look I think they look awesome with just a grille change. But that's my opinion, yours may differ. Also I only paid 34 for this truck after tax title license which isn't bad.

Looks are highly subjective, and everyone is certainly entitled to their opinion. Both you and I have owned second gens and now 3rd. I personally think that the 3rd gens look way better, more aggressive and have a lot of added creature comforts and with the new 4.88's it's a way better driver than either of my 2nd gens were. Nevertheless, haters everywhere, opinions everywhere.... none of it really matters
