I know the feeling. I've found that defining your ultimate goal really helps, thinking about your general day to day use, and sort of "blocking out" things that you don't think are feasible or within the budget. As an example, long travel or larger tires- like if you're looking at 33's just put 35's totally out of mind.

I'm slowly putting together a setup in a spreadsheet that I think is gonna be badass, but not overkill given that I have a prerunner on stock size tires or only slightly larger. Fox 2.0's and dakars packed to lift 1.5"- keeping spindles, diff angles, brake lines, etc. within reason,

Gotta scare up like $2K for it though, and that's without any labor or extras.

 

So I have run into a small problem tonight. I attempted to remove an axle on a pallet from the bed of my truck by myself. That isn't working too well. Would anyone that is in the nearby area have a couple minutes to come over and help me get this out?
