Got another "nice truck" from a guy at the carwash today. I swear, no one paid any mind to my truck in PA (or even my modded out WRX for that matter!) but here in AZ I get compliments on a 4 banger SRUP prerunner with a Bro Grille! :D

I get nasty axle wrap through the sand at sycamore in 2wd lol and shit stops going forward if i lose momentum. 4wd axle wraps pretty bad if i hammer it also.. i've pulled a lot of 2wd people through the sand, even a dodge 3500 one night, me and another taco had to pull that shit out at the same time.

I sold it to buy my Taco, funny enough I realize I have like NO pictures of it from over the years.

I won't say I hated it, but at the same time it was sort of one of those "never meet your childhood heroes" moments for 5 years straight.

Anyone else have problems with their lca's? My 08 needs new ones again due to bushings and ball joints. Truck has 84k miles and have already been replaced once. Just wondering if I should go with ones that have moog bushings and ball joints or get cheaper ones and replace the bushings with energy or some other brand. The ones I have now have zerc fittings for the bj so I'd like to find some with them on there but the moog brand doesn't have that.

Like most things clothing wise here, I've found layering works best. My every day in the pockets of my Winter coat gloves are a pair Under Armour liners as a base layer; they usually ward off the chill for walking around. Over them, when required, I wear a pair of leather shooting gloves I picked up on clearance at Sportsmans Warehouse about 10 yrs ago. Additionally, the UA liners have that grid texture stuff so they are touch screen friendly.

I have heavier pairs for different activities, but this combo gets me through every day conditions all Winter long.

I have a couple sets of used oem ones for sale. I'll get you a set for 1/2 the price of a set of moog ones

I would love those but I don't have $1700 to drop right now. Wife is pregnant with our second kid. That being said I'm not sure if I'll need to get a full size tuck for the bigger cab come January or not so I do t want to dump too much money into the truck as of right now. Honestly I'd love to move into a tundra and start a new build lol.

Thing about oem is that they don't have the zerc fitting. I've already had problems with the ball joints on these back in December. Thanks to the fittings, I was able to shoot some grease in there and they've been fine since before today. I just looked at them and now there is grease coming out of the top and bottom of the boot, but the boot isn't torn.
