Speakin' of expert operators that is the best in the world:

Pretty pleased with myself and this rifle, got my 1st ever 1000 yard hits today.
Started at 485 yards with a cold bore shot and was dead center. I was to excited to make that a 3 shot group and took it to 800 yards where I was a tad high. Once I got that figured out I went for 1000.
Friend was trying out a new 6.5CM so we set up 3 targets right next to each other with a 4th (not shown) in the center and below these 3. After a few misses I got a few hits, high and right. Drove down and repainted the targets, adjusted scope, then shot some more. Last 4 shots the spatter was enough to flip the flipper target on the left 4 times in a row. Called it a day after that.
All shot from my rickety bench with Hornady 130 ELDM's.

This is the view at 25x through the scope. 485 (right) yards and 1001 yard targets (center).

1001 yards. Far from pretty but they are hits :)

    Nice cold bore shot!
Were you able to pick up some mirage when shooting at 1K? Does not appear like much in your view of the scope.

I snagged 4 Wildpeak 265/75/16 A/T3's for $89 apiece on the Ebay / Discount Tire deal, if your after tires check it out, pretty sure you have to pay with PayPal though, but $356 for four of them delivered to your door is hard to pass up !!!!

God dammit, I went to go use the bathroom at the office today and of course, OF COURSE I feel a sneeze coming on.
I immediately think of this story, but because the sneeze is lingering my quiet little giggle comes out like a special ed child having a laugh, then I sneeze and I feel that moment where it feels like your stream reverses direction, which turns the second follow up sneeze into a vocalization of agony.

Mercifully, no one was around to hear my "huhuhuhu-CHOO-FFFFFUCK" :bananadead::rofl:

God dammit. God dammit I have a set of perfectly good 265/70/16 Falkens. They only have about 6 or 7 thousand miles on them. This madness has to stop, I only just started being able to put aside mod money again.:annoyed:

Best option out IMO. Between the lows and the BD's you won't need them though.

Understandable haha. Thought about doing the same myself, but for the extra $ I think I'd rather retrofit them.

If we're talking low beams, go with the Elite HID kit, if high beams go 2 Stroke.
